Yes, we use premium Grade A SC17+ Robusta in some of our blends, but always in small proportions (5% to 20%) to enhance the espresso experience. Here's why:

2. Balanced Flavor: The slight bitterness of Robusta pairs beautifully with the smoothness of Arabica, creating a well-rounded and complex flavor profile.

To preserve the freshness and flavor of your coffee, follow these best practices:
1. Store It in an Airtight Container: Transfer your coffee into an opaque, airtight container to protect it from air, moisture, and light.
2. Keep It in a Cool, Dry Place: Store the container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
3. Avoid the Refrigerator: Coffee beans can absorb odors and moisture from the fridge, which can alter their taste. Store at room temperature instead.
4. Buy in Small Quantities: Buy coffee in quantities you can consume within 2 to 3 weeks to ensure optimal freshness. That said, thanks to our airtight, nitrogen-flushed bags with one-way degassing valves, you can also buy larger quantities and confidently store them for several weeks or even months.
