SHIPPING FEES
All our prices exclude shipping fees. These fees will be calculated at checkout.
Your purchases will be shipped within 3 business days of your order. Alternatively, you can pick up your order for free at our AGGA store, located at 3003 Rue Lucien-L'allier, Laval, QC H7P 0A1.
Additionally, shipping is free for coffee purchases over $75.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Refunds or returns are not accepted for coffee products. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please contact us by email or phone. We will do our best to assist you.
Please note that special orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
A return or refund may void any discounts applied to your purchase or shipping fees if these were granted at the time of your order.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your payment will be processed immediately after submitting your order.
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
